Speaker stand was broken upon receipt. Stands for the exchange tried to return a broken speaker. Found Rittsuonrain customer service, it is difficult to operate – would answer specific questions specific – only sent a preformatted reply. I finally Ritz is / was instructed to return the total amount of refund exchange. E-mail after another, they stood just a pending payment. I do not purchanse Rainrittsu again. Unbroken stand works well. Rating: 2 / 5

Speaker is working well. They need a line that I just do not except the power cord. They are quiet, they are not being used, they may just be me they very expensive to produce output appropriate amount of inches they have room, there is no distortion. I’m very happy. Rating: 4 / 5

This piece of junk is not worth more than zero stars. The design is terrible and I are two different home theater system, bought it twice and did not quite fit the speakers. Far from comfortable. . Far! Rating: 1 / 5
